  • Assess the cost of any improvements and remodeling,

  • Help you complete a Free CMA Form to get your free CMA and property valuation report.

Preparing the Property

Your agent will schedule a free consultation of your property. The agent will then provide you with:

  • Explanation of the entire sales process and selling real estate,

  • Recommendations on preparing the property for sale,

  • Expert consultation on selling a home,

  • Effective marketing plans tailored to your property.

To ease the complex process of organizing your listing, your agent will:

As you receive offers from interested parties, your agent will:

  • Handle the escrow deposit and track contingency deadlines,

  • Remove all conditions set forth by the buyer,

  • Coordinate the bank appraisal and home inspection,

  • Handle communication between Buying party,

  • Confirm that all required legal documents are signed,
